Ranks entered as "Trained" ranks will include the secondary stats they give, such as the extra Balthus and Regia in Atkus. Ranks entered as "Effective" ranks will include only the primary stat from that trainer. If you don't know the exact number of ranks you've trained from all trainers, it's best to just fill in the Effective fields with estimates based on trainer messages.

Click Plot DPS to see a graph showing your cumulative damage over a period of time, assuming that you swing immediately whenever you have enough balance to do so and always hit for your minimum, maximum, or average damage (selected below). Because of these assumptions, the graph should be seen as your *potential* damage, not how much damage you will do in every situation. Click Burn to Graph to burn a copy of the current line to the graph, allowing you to compare it to lines plotted for other sets of stats.
Click Plot DPS to see a graph showing how your DPS rating will improve as you train additional Darktur or Regia ranks. You can also choose to see what effects other trainers will have on your DPS. The Optimal Ratio line will show you how your DPS rating will improve if you alternate training the two selected trainers in an optimal ratio. Note: The Optimal Ratio may change as you train more Atkus.
Note on a few of the options in the dropdown:
60% Swengus 40% Regia gives the same amount of Balthus contained in a rank of Darkus.
64% Darktur 36% Swengus gives enough Balthus to maintain the same amount of defense after swinging once from full balance.
