I refer to rank values and stat values separately. For example, when I refer to Accuracy, I mean the internal integer value that the server uses. When I say Atkus has +16 Accuracy, I mean Atkus will increase your Accuracy stat by 16 points per rank. When I say Evus has 25% Atkus, I mean Evus gives 25% as much Accuracy per rank as Atkus.

Min and Max Damage stats are shown in terms of their stat values, not actual damage dealt. For example, although I show Darkus to give +6 to the Min Damage stat and +6 to the Max Damage stat, this does not equate to a flat +6 to damage. The actual damage formula returns a random number between your Min Damage stat and 3 times your Max Damage stat. So that +6 to both damage stats is actually an increase of 6-18 damage. See the Formulas page for more information.

Note on the "Body" stat: Body is a stat gained from the broad mix Fighter combo trainers (Bodrus, Evus, Erthron, Bangus). *Supposedly* Joe was going to design the game such that the "Body", "Mind", and "Spirit" (not the mana-bar type of Spirit) gained from Bodrus, Mentus, and Spiritus/Sprite would all play integral roles for each of the the three classes, but didn't end up doing so in the end. These three stats remain, but they have almost no effect in the game. However, a certain amount of Body is needed to become a Champion or a Ranger, and there is a (unconfirmed) theory that the Body stat (and Spirit stat for healers possibly?) decreases the amount of Health poison takes away (but not poison recovery, which Troilus determines).

Core Fighter Trainers

Atkus:
+16 Accuracy stat (64% Aktur)
+15 Balance stat (29.41% Balthus)
+1 Balance Recovery stat (6.67% Regia)
(Atkus is 100.08% as efficient as training Aktur, Balthus, and Regia individually. Or, 97.33% as efficient if you train all of your Balthus through Swengus instead. 0.523 Balthus consumed per swing per rank)

Darkus:
+6 Min Damage stat (Minimum of 0.054 Histia damaged per hit per rank)
+6 Max Damage stat (Maximum of 0.162 Histia damaged per hit per rank)
+18 Balance stat (35.29% Balthus)
+1 Balance Recovery stat (6.67% Regia)
(0.196 Balthus consumed per swing per rank)

Histia:
+111 Health stat (92.5% Higgrus)

Detha:
+19 Defense stat
+3 Health stat (2.7% Histia)

Balthus:
+51 Balance stat

Regia:
+15 Balance Recovery stat

Swengus:
+30 Balance stat (58.8% Balthus)
+7 Balance Recovery stat (46.67% Regia)
(105.49% as efficient as training both Balthus and Regia individually)

Evus:
+1 Body stat
+4 Accuracy stat (25% Atkus, 16% Aktur)
+24 Health stat (21.62% Histia)
+1 Defense stat (5.26% Detha)
+18 Balance stat (35.29% Balthus)
+4 Balance Recovery stat (26.67% Regia)
+1 Min Damage stat (16.67% Darkus's minimum damage)
+1 Max Damage stat (16.67% Darkus's maximum damage)
(Evus is not as rank-efficient as he might look, because Atkus and Darkus both train a very significant amount of extra balance ranks. Evus is actually 114.36% as rank-efficient as training all of his components from their base trainers. Or, only 112.3% as efficient as doing the same except for training a combination of Swengus and Regia instead of Balthus and Regia individually. Which is still a very significant bonus, however)

Hidden Fighter Trainers

Aktur:
+25 Accuracy stat (156.25% Atkus)
(Aktur is 99.88% as efficient as training with Atkus if Balthus and Regia are trained to make up the balance and balance recovery stats that Atkus would have given. If you train the Balthus through Swengus instead, Aktur is actually 104.17% as efficient as training with Atkus. 0.817 Balthus consumed per swing per rank. Circle requirements are untested, but likely to be the same as Atkia, which is 4th circle)

Atkia:
+13 Accuracy stat (81.25% Atkus, 52% Aktur)
+3 Min Damage stat (50% Darkus's minimum damage)
+3 Max Damage stat (50% Darkus's maximum damage)
+3 Balance Recovery stat (20% Regia)
(Atkia is 100.96% as efficient as training with Atkus, Darkus, and Regia if you were to make up the Balthus difference by training it straight from Balthus. Or, 104.83% as efficient if you train the Balthus through Swengus. 0.523 Balthus consumed per swing per rank. You must be at least 4th circle to train)

Rodnus:
+2 Healing Receptivity stat (200% Spiritus)
+36 Health stat (32.43% Histia)
(Capped at 50 ranks. You must be at least 4th circle to train)

+11 Min Damage stat (183.33% Darkus's minimum damage)
+11 Max Damage stat (183.33% Darkus's maximum damage)

-4 Accuracy stat (-25% Atkus, -16% Aktur)
-24 Health stat (-21.62% Histia)
-1 Defense stat (-5.26% Detha)

+26 Balance Recovery stat (173.33% Regia)
-1 Min Damage stat (-16.67% Darkus's minimum damage)

Ranger Combo Trainers

Farly Buff:
+4 Health Regeneration stat (66.67% Troilus)
+48 Health stat (43.24% Histia)
+2 Defense stat (10.53% Detha)
(120.15% as rank-efficient as training Troilus, Histia, and Detha individually. This is taking into consideration the fact that Detha ranks also give a tiny amount of Histia)

Bangus Anmash:
+1 Body stat
+1 Health Regeneration stat (16.67% Troilus)
+2 Accuracy stat (12.5% Atkus, 8% Aktur)
+6 Health stat (5.4% Histia)
+21 Balance stat (41.18% Balthus)

+3 Max Damage stat (50% Darkus's maximum damage, maximum of 0.081 Histia damaged per hit per rank)
(Bangus is 131.17% as rank-efficient as training all of his components individually. Or, 129.18% as rank-efficient as training all of his components individually, except for training a combination of Swengus and Regia to obtain the same Balthus and Regia components. Since Bangus trains Min and Max Damage in a different ratio than Darkus does, the rank-efficiency numbers use the amount of Darkus needed to attain the same amount of damage on an *average* hit, which is 45.83% Darkus per rank.)

(He is the same as Evus except with 1/2 as much Balthus and 3/4 as much Regia, for a total of 0.243 less ranks per rank. Taking into consideration the fact that Atkus and other trainers have extras in them, Bodrus is 90.04% as rank-efficient as training all of his components from their base trainers. Or, 89.63% as rank-efficient as doing the same thing except for training a combination of Swengus and Regia instead of Balthus and Regia individually. That's right, he has a rank penalty instead of a bonus. Capped at 100 ranks)

+12 Min/Max Damage stats (200% Darkus)
+1.438 Balthus consumed per swing
At an angle:
+16 Accuracy stat (100% Atkus, 64% Aktur)
+6 Min/Max Damage stats (100% Darkus)
+0.719 Balthus consumed per swing
(Once you've qualified for the blade you gain a free 10 ranks of skill with it. So the actual amount of skill you have in the blade is your training plus 10 ranks. /reflect messages will not recognise this bonus and it does not count toward the Channel Master bonus. You do not need to spend any ranks in the blade to gain this 10 rank skill bonus)

Gossamer:
+0.25 Duvin Beastlore ranks
Against studied creatures:
+32 Accuracy stat (200% Atkus, 128% Aktur)
+12 Min/Max Damage stats (200% Darkus)
+0.392 to 1.438 Balthus consumed per swing per rank, depending on how much of the Accuracy bonus is required to hit
Against unstudied creatures in the same families as creatures you have studied:
10% of the full bonus per creature studied in that family, up to a maximum of 50% of the full bonus (20% of an Atkus rank or 12.8% of an Aktur rank, 20% of a Darkus rank per studied creature per Gossamer rank)
On killing blows:
?? Balance Conserved
(Once you've qualified for the blade you gain a small amount of balance conservation on killing blows. No training is required for this bonus, but the effect will of course increase as ranks are spent in it. Stats not completely verified yet)

Earth Minerals

Note: All ite values are per Channel Master rank. Any training with the old individual ite trainers add 1.25 Channel Master ranks per rank (rounded down individually). It is greater than 1:1 to make up for the abnormally high slaughter those trainers gave, according to Slarty.

Atkite:
+25 Accuracy stat (156.25% Atkus, 100% Aktur)
(Does NOT increase your Balance or Balance Recovery like Atkus ranks do.)

Darkite:
+10.32 Min Damage stat (172% Darkus's minimum damage)
+10.32 Max Damage stat (172% Darkus's maximum damage)
(Does NOT increase your Balance or Balance Recovery like Darkus ranks do. It is able to give a non-integer increase per rank because the rounding is done on the total rather than per rank.)

Balthite:
+51 Balance stat (100% Balthus)

Dethite:
+19 Defense stat (100% Detha) [Unconfirmed]
(Does NOT increase your Histia like Detha ranks do. [Unconfirmed if changed in recent ite rebalacings.] When factoring in the lack of the Histia component, each Channel Master rank's worth of Dethite is 97.3% as rank-efficient as Detha.)
